That means I have 4657 separate packages all installed at once on my primary Debian Unstable system. Which remains reliable enough for all my day-to-day work. Typical uptime is about a month, because that’s how often I decide to update things.

How many packages can your Windows or VMS servers have installed at once without crashing?
