I decided to have a look at some of these and I selected the 3 WBEM
videos to watch.

The image quality was fine for me but the major issue was that
I couldn't fully understand what the speaker was saying even though
I am well used to a good range of English speaking accents.

If I was watching to learn something I would have stopped watching
after a couple of minutes.

BTW, seeing the certificate warnings in the browser sections of the
videos wouldn't have exactly inspired confidence in the product. :-)

Also, does _anyone_ ever use a DECnet Phase IV area other than
area 1 ? :-) (I'm assuming no one is still running multi-area DECnet
networks in production these days.)

That is an absolute no-no as far as I am concerned.

Music is fine if done properly and if you are telling a story (for
example the Disaster Proof video) but it's never ok if you are
doing a tutorial and trying to explain something like a command
sequence.
