Well, this is really getting silly at this point.  Someone thought
one manual per terminal was ridiculous and I merely tried to point
out that the people actually selling and delivering the terminals
had no way of knowing what might be a reasonable ratio of books to
terminals and so had to stick with 1:1.  Pretty much everything
works that way.  One item, one set of documentation whether it's
a book or a CD.
