Kind of like what happened with the "merger" of DEC with Compaq
and then the subsequent "merger" of Compaq with HP.

According to the press release, Mike Lawrie, the current
Chairman, President and CEO and current CFO of CSC will continue
in these roles as part of the new company. Meg will be on the
BOD.

The power and money men remains with CSC folks, so that pretty
much sums up who is in charge.
