Not specifically replying to you Kerry, but this line fitted the best with what I will add :-)

There's a lot wrong with the world, that is true, from the financial system and how money is created to how the political process has been captured by big business to the breakdown of communities to the mind programming by media to...

Since this topic has sort of strayed into religion, I'll add my 2c worth

I don't have an issue with religion but I do have an issue with the politicizing of religion

When religion is practiced by individuals and held as a cherished belief and a way of life, that's fine but what we are seeing now is religion becoming political and wanting to use the political process to asserts it's beliefs and therefore control upon others, whether they agree or not

I don't mind if you want to tell me about how your faith has helped you become a better person, I'll happily listen because that's a great thing to hear, how your life has become enriched and you have become a more embracing person of others etc (I'm hoping your religion guides you towards such endeavors). But if you want to gain political power and then ram your beliefs on me, not through a personal demonstration of your changed life but through a body called government or education system or office, then I have a real issue. It is no longer a personal act of faith driven by a personal testimony, it now become an act of force which leads to dogma and eventually segregation and then alienation and eventually extermination (rinse and repeat throughout history)
