Free != Open Source
Open Source != Public Domain
Source-Licensed != Free (in the sense of speech)
Source-Licensed may equal Free (in the sense of beer).
There are plenty of ways to make software available to people who need it
at a cost they are willing to pay (even if that cost is zero) and to make
source code availlable to people who need it without opening it up to the
extent of the GPL or BSD licenses or even at all.
