[Info-vax] unzip.exe and cc064.zip

That was a direct tip for the one of the solutions. If someone doesn't know about a foreign command it can be easily searched through the Internet. At least after reading about a foreign command you will have a bit more knowledge about OpenVMS and how it works. I do not see anything bad in a new knowledge.

Don't get me wrong, by 2 magic lines without understanding their meaning will barely help anyone.
