   The way you complain, that may be true.  For the record, I
tried a quick Web search for:
      unzip %DCL-W-MAXPARM
and got a lot of functional links to valid solutions.  Of the
first ten links presented, all worked, eight were useful, one
was erroneous, and one was not very useful.

   Of course, with my weak psychic powers, I have no idea for
what you were searching, as well as what bad links you may
have found while doing it.  I didn't try a search for "the
error too many parameters", but I'd expect it to do less
well than a search for an actual error message.
