A part of why might be because of the very broken and twisted way he
insists on setting things up.
If I got it right, he's running simh, but not under any windowing
system, but instead just at the plain console screen, and thus cannot
easily copy/paste what he sees on his screen. He also appear to have
invented the worst possible way of transferring data, by creating CDs
using various tools, and mounting those in simh, instead of setting up a
working network, and transfer tiles using ftp or anything similarly obvious.
I do not have any answers why he really tries to make it as hard as
possible for himself, I only observe that this self-inflicted craziness
extends beyond not providing sufficient information on what he does, or
what the results are. Everything he does seem to be totally backward and
broken. Inability to understand how computers work, and a desperate hope
that everything will just work if you click on it, or something...?
