Ahhh, never mind.  Bridges were burned.

All the files with IPV6 changes were deleted with a mass CMS REMOVE GENERATION
and CMS DELETE GENERATION, which I assume is permanent. Little was done
anyway, there was only 5 months between the time the IPV6 stream was
created and the mass deletion.
