If this was one of my various threads on the subject where I point
out how limited EDT is when compared to other editors (even EVE)
then I'm going to have to be more careful what I say in the future. :-)

OTOH, this might be a _really_ good time for me to repeat my regular
comments about how hopeless I think DCL command line editing is
compared to other CLIs because, among other things, you can't even
edit across terminal line width boundaries. :-)
$ set response/mode=really_really_mischievous
So, is TECO going to be available on x86-64 ? (Not that I've used
it in over 20 years).
