NO!  IT IS NOT!

If you woulod have learned how to use AUTOGEN, you would not be having problems. 
  You're trying to do what you think should work, not what actually works. 
Never going to happen.

As I wrote before:

@SYS$UPDATE:AUTOGEN HELP

would have made everything very clear.
