First - yes, there is a lot of corruption at the C / BOD level in many companies, but wow - associating the term "resources" with the above is really out there conspiracy stuff.
Especially since this term has been around since the 70's and likely even earlier when Project Mgmt. and Human Resources was first created in many companies.

Question - is there any company today who does not have an internal org called HR - Human Resources?
What did you think HR stood for?
Yes, there are bad companies out there, but what about the good companies with HR departments?
Or is every company today part of some black helicopter conspiracy to manipulate workers?
