The VSI BASIC compiler is a rebrand of the latest HPE BASIC compiler plus one bug fix for support quadword values with the MOD operator.  It had been fixed by HPE back in 2012 but only provided to select customers via the support center.  That fix was rolled into the mainline and is present in the VSI compiler.
