No. It is not the same file. You cannot draw that conclusion from the
fact that the size and time stamps are the same. The fact that the
owners differ tells me for sure that it is *not* the same file.
The easiest way to check if two files are actually the same file is to
check the File-ID. That is a unique number for each file in a file system.
But all meta-information about a file is also stored with the file, so
time stamp, protection, owner and so on, can only have one value for a
file, no matter if it exists in several directories. So if any of these
differ, then we know for sure that it is not the same file.
