And now for a PSA: If you really are still using Outlook Express
(instead of just faking the headers), I very strongly recommend
you try out some other email and newsgroup clients due to the
security risk of using OE in production use in 2016.

You can always keep OE around to read your old email/newsgroup
messages if you are not comfortable importing your existing
messages into a new client.
