The bean counters need to remember that an organisation is no more than
the people (and their attitudes and dedication) that work in it.
Engineers, engineer managers, fine, but HR droids with social science or
arts graduate degrees can be the bane of modern working life. Many of
whom have never done a real days work at the coal face in their lives.

Thankfully, far away from that sort of employed existence now...
