I've never worked with a Jensen, but this looks like a problem with
the hardware clock.
Many (all?) VAX 11/750 systems had a problem with the clock drifting
with many days of uptime. Setting the SYSGEN parameter SETTIME to
1 will prompt for the time at boot time, but that only helps if
you reboot the system at regular intervals.
