Well, this just can't get much better! If you need just one more reason to register and attend the free PARSEC "VMS Boot Camp 2016 Trip Report" (http://bit.ly/PARSECmep), here it is:

PARSEC is pleased to announce that Amy, Dan and Lorin will be joined by Clair Grant, Director of R&D, and Duane Harris, CEO, both from VMS Software Inc (VSI). In addition to the reports from Dan and Lorin, Clair and Duane will be on hand to give brief summaries of their VSI presentations at VMS Boot, together other news and their impressions of the Boot Camp. Curious about the port of OpenVMS to the x86 architecture? Wondering about other VMS developments, such as open source software, advanced file system, and new TCP/IP stack? Join us in this session to hear about it directly from VSI and PARSEC!

Both PARSEC and VSI invest heavily in supporting our great VMS Community, and this Trip Report will let you hear "news & views" from several folks who presented and participated in the Boot Camp. This free online session is provided as a community service by PARSEC, and we're excited to have our good friends from VSI on-hand to share their perspectives as well.
So, if you've already registered for this VMS Boot Camp Trip Report, relax! Just be sure to join us this coming Thursday, Oct-20th, as your GoToMeeting email-invite directs.

If you've not yet registered (!), now's the time to do so! Schedule the two hours from 11am-to-1pm Mountain Time (do the math for your timezone) on this next Thursday, October 20th, and register immediately -- right now! -- by sending a quick email "Please register me..." to experts at parsec.com!
Don't delay, as this session is very nearly "sold out" -- there is a limit to the number of GoToMeeting "seats" available -- if there's enough "waiting list demand," we might be able to arrange for some "SRO", but no promises. Do it now!

With over 80 people registered (and growing), this 'Trip Report' is already a big event, one which will be quite informative and relevant to your current and future plans for the operating system and to your career with VMS.

Did I mention that this session is FREE to all who register? Talk to y'all on Thursday!

cordially,

Dan & Lorin

P.S. -- If you have already registered, but your schedule has changed and you cannot join us, please send an email stating this to experts at parsec.com, so we can re-assign the GTM "seat" to someone else. Thanks!
