Curious All...

What are people doing for hardware and licensing right now?

If OpenVMS is going to boot on x86-64 in 2018/2019 then what are people 
doing to prepare their applications now? If you are running on Alpha or 
perhaps the older integrity servers, do you have a transition plan?

I ask because we have a large quantity of rx2800 i2 servers, a good, 
fast option for those involved in a slow and calculated migration path.

HP Alpha VMS > HP Integrity VMS > VSI Integrity OpenVMS > and once 
available VSI x86-64 VMS

We can provide the old and the new licenses (HPE OpenVMS and VSI 
openVMS) for the servers thus helping you migrate in the same hardware 
environment.

You cannot do this with the Integrity rx2800 i4 - the rx2800 i2 is the 
perfect platform.
