I'm sorry that you had trouble.  Unfortunately, we use the GoToWebinar system for our webinars all the time.  I will post the recordings when they are made available to me.

As far as support for tablets etc.  You need to have your concerns sent to Citrix as they are the owners of the GoToxxx products.  The requirements for access to their products are controlled by them, not PARSEC.  As stated earlier, Youtube is not setup to provide what we need for educational presentations.
