HPE AllianceOne program note came out of Fri Sept 10 and
stated the Program was ending Mon Sept 12, but access
would continue until Dec 31/16.

Has to be a record for shortest advance notice of a
program ending in history.

There is a replacement program to be announced on Mon
called the Technology Partner Program.
