Wow. I'd love to stay Multinet however unless Intersystems, GE, Process, etc certify I can't go live

Michael, my understanding is that Intersystems will be
attending the Sept OpenVMS Bootcamp. In addition, there
will be presentations on the new TCPIP stack from VSI.

Sounds like a good reason to attend :-)

Imho, migrating from Multinet to the current old TCPIP
stack when a new VSI TCPIP stack is already slated to
replace it does not make sense.

Especially when the current old TCPIP stack is not up to
Multinet features and capabilities.

Especially with an environment as critical as Healthcare.
