[Info-vax] How dangerous is it to be able to get into DCL supervisor mode ?

   Any user can install a user mode handler.  In principle, installing
   a mode-related handler should require being in that mode, or in a
   more priviledged mode.

   So you shouldn't be able to get there unless you already are.
