[Info-vax] Hex editor for VMS Alpha ?

VFE was my favourite for many, many years, but I've recently started tinkering with DIX (https://www.oooovms.dyndns.org/dix/). It does everything but make my coffee. It has its own DCL-like scripting language, and an SMG user interface. And it has "description files" for well known files like SYSUAF, ACCOUNTNG, etc...  or you create your description files for unknown files.
