[Info-vax] LK450 setup commands and/or documentation needed

I am looking for information on the various keyboard setup commands (series of keystrokes, not "down the cable") for configuring the LK450. There are commands for things like adjusting the volume of the keyclick, switching from PC layout to extended DEC layout, key repeat rate, and so on. The only one I remember is Alt-F17 to enter / exit DEC mode.

Also, if anyone has either of these manuals (or any other LKxxx documentation) I'd be interested in getting copies:
