    Well I certainly wish I knew how you all get those old posts. IDK where 
to look. Maybe I wouldn't have needed to post this. Yes I at one time had 
what I wanted but it time and disk errors and issues things are lost. I have 
online backups now. But it is the TCP/IP product and the C compiler product. 
If I can remember right they were install with vmsinstal.  Then maybe not. 
The extension was .pcsi or something likie that... It started with p and was 
4 characters if I recall.
