[Info-vax] Workload manager for VMS, Should it come with one? (or at least a Scheduler?)

DECscheduler still lives at CA. Here's a customer under contract,
still using it actively and happy with it.

There are external schedulers that support OpenVMS. The old JAMS
is a native openVMS product, still supported to. For multiplatform
usage, the new JAMS, $Universe, One Automation... will do the job.

There are enough solutions available to avoid bothering VSI with that.
Just may be suggest them to get in touch with CA to make sure that the
old DECscheduler is qualified with their new OS versions.
