Intersexual. People that are born with both male and female genitals. 
That happens  more often than you might think. There are quite a number 
of sub-groups in this category. In the past the doctor would ask the 
parents if they wanted a boy or a girl, and then cut away the surplus 
parts. Not such a clever idea, because it was impossible to know how 
such a child would identify itself later on in life. These days any 
cutting is done when a child is old enough to decide for itself, or no 
cutting at all.
