[Info-vax] Current expected range for x86-64 first boot date ?

Given that first boot on x86-64 never happened when expected,
is there a current estimate for when first boot is now likely
to happen ?

If anyone wants to discuss it, then it would be very interesting
to know what the technical reason was that delayed first boot
because at the start of the year, the very strong hints were that
it was going to be in the first part of 2018.
