[Info-vax] Looking for VAX/VMS V1.0 and V2.x kits

I am looking for the VAX/VMS V1.0 and VAX/VMS V2.x installation kits
so I can run those versions of VMS on SimH.

The last time this came up, those versions were considered to be lost
and only a VAX/VMS V1.5 kit was available.

Has the situation changed or are those specific versions still
considered to be lost ?
