In which case, and given the probable security issues you mention,
I don't think there's any point you spending any more time on this,
but thanks anyway for the offer; I appreciate it.
I wanted an intermediate version so if there was a change in behaviour
for something, I could reduce the range of versions over which that
behaviour could have changed.
In the same way, having a V1.0 version of VMS would allow you to see
if VMS had _always_ behaved in a certain way or if it was something
that changed in an early version of VMS.
