[Info-vax] Should VSI create a modern day VMS applications book ?

Theo did a great job on that book (I have one on my bookshelf).  I reviewed most of it for him along with providing some examples.  I even got a trip to Amsterdam out of it.  He's still around but not in the VMS community anymore.
