Many times the best lessons come from mistakes.
Which is why I have a problem with the concept of "he made a mistake,
get rid of him" mentality. Sure, evaluate a person's judgement, just
don't automatically consider him bad for his position. You see it in
politics, but, most of them actually are incompetent. (The Donald)!
