Some companies have strong leadership and are able to get the
organization to move in the same direction. With cross company
architecture team providing architectural governance. And there
is a good chance that they will make money.
Some companies just let chaos evolve or stop all change to avoid
chaos. And there is a good chance that they will either go bankrupt
or be acquired cheap by a more successful company (a company with a
better leadership).
