PC100 or PC133 ECC SDRAM preferably CL2 organized into banks of four 
self-consistent DIMMs using alternating slots, with a maximum 
addressing of two gigabytes.
The most common sets of four DIMMs for these systems provide 512 MB and 
1 GB capacity per bank, though there were smaller memory kits available.
Official kits were SN-MSP01-KA (128MB, 4 x 32MB), SN-MSP01-KB (256MB, 4 
x 64MB), SN-MSP01-KC (512MB, 4 x 128MB), SN-MSP01-KD (1GB, 4 x 256MB)
