In 1982 the final straw dropped.  I left my employer, and started my own 
business.  It hasn't always been easy, but, I've never looked back.  The 
stupid management, the office politics, and such, was things I just 
could not tolerate.

When you work for others, you're subject to many things.  Some places 
can be good, but, even good places can be acquired and things can change 
overnight.

Much less security.

Much less irritation.

Maybe not for everyone.
