[Info-vax] Restoration of Saveset Failed

When Restoring the Save set of a disk saved in a Tape to another Disk my restore has failed after completing 60% of Restore with the below error, Has any idea on how can we proceed with the restoration of this Disk save set

Appreciate any thoughts on this
