   Source CM is much easier if you don't go making copies.  Every time
   you make a copy, you double your maintenance effort, and end up asking
   questions about which copy is correct.

   Using CMS in a VMScluster made this trivial.  But CMS did, at one
   time, work over DECnet.

   Other CM tools don't all seem to be ported to VMS.
