Posted my the maintainer of the WASD web server:

(Current release is 11.3.0 a couple of weeks back)

"BTW, I'm hoping there will be no v11.4 (I already know of one bug
that might result in a v11.3.1).  The hope is the next release would
be v12.0.0 X86_64-capable (EAK-based port).  Of course this would be
the quintessential point-zero release!  I also anticipate the v11
releases would be the last supporting VAX.  Twenty years LTS is
nothing to grumble about :-)"
