For some yes.
But there are other that do get involved in stuff.
They contribute to open source.
They participate on SO.
They play with stuff - old OS'es, new programming languages,
web frameworks, all sorts of stuff.
Will all of them be interested in VMS. No way.
But if there is 500000 in that category, then just getting 2%
interested would be 10000.
