My experience is that no matter how good something is then there
will always be people being able to get themselves into problems.

But even if nobody had any problems, then I would expect to
see some success stories, some requests for enhancements,
some open source / freeware contributions, some job ads etc..

Unless all users work within the intelligence community, then
I would expect to see some "digital footprint" of the usage.
