I know they are.  You obviously didn't read what I said before.
They get their "vacancies" by web scraping.  I even posted the
blurb from Lockheed-Martin that specifically stated they do not
use those sites and you must apply thru their own career page.

Yes, but they still show up, especially on sites like Indeed,
ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilders, etc.  Guess they didn't get the memo.
