As and when Fortran 2018 comes to VMS, probably several years from now,
it will be via LLVM so people will be already using it on Linux and
other systems before it arrives on VMS.
So yes, Stephen is correct. The Fortran 2018 compiler you will be using
on VMS will be the same as what will be available on other operating
systems.
Times change Phillip, and VMS needs to change with it.
