Job ads are not always accurate. Sometimes even funny.
But I assume that when an ad ask for a Delphi developer,
then they do use Delphi.
The fact that the HR guy may not be able to distinguish between
Delphi code and C code should not change that - someone
that do know the difference told the HR guy that they
need a Delphi developer - and the HR guy put up the ad.
