"Windows Explorer" (the "file manager").
*Not* "Internet Explorer" (the web browser).

Of course, since you are using the wrong tool.

B.t.w, what version of Windows are you using?

What is the actual issue? Maybe you can make a reproducer
(without real data) file that anyway can look at?

Or just get someone, who is a little more up-to-date on todays
standard IT environments, to help you.
