I was hoping by asking here that somebody could explain this WEENDOZE shit in terms
of VMS or something I'd understand.

I need to see the USB's filesystem/contents on WEENDOZE. How much more detailed do
I need to be.

I used a WEENDOZE PC at the library to read data off of my MissileWorks data-logging
altimeter. I was able to download the software and install it. It took me 3 weeks
of returns to the library to find an editor for the configuration file and 2 more to
find what the USB device was caled to download it. It's just way too ridiculously
obfuscated to do a simple task. I won't buy another MW altimeter. PerfectFlite has
WEENDOZE, OSX and Linux readers. OSX is a no brainer. Plugged in the altimeter and
it read the data.
