It's clear, to me, that Brian stated that it's not known what spreaadsheet 
product will be used with the files.  Some may use Excel, others may use another 
product.  I believe he also stated that the only people with a problem were 
Excel users.

Perhaps a tactical suggestion for Brian.  "Know your enemy"
