Doesn't matter, as far as the memory is concerned.

Given the part number, it should work in any Digital Personal 
Workstation. As Camiel already mentioned, it's a 256 MB SDRAM module - 
btw, a DIMM, not a SIMM :-).

The SN-MSP01-HF is a kit consisting of two 54-25158-DA modules. The DPW 
required memory modules added in pairs, at least the Systems and Options 
catalog only offered SN-MSP01-Hx kits (2*32, 2*64, 2*128, 2*256).
