Right now?  For OpenVMS?   LSEDIT, which you really should consider 
using in preference to EDT, if you have a DECset license around.   The 
COMPILE /REVIEW command is worth the price of admission, if you're 
doing development, and the keypad can be set to an EDT-compatible mode. 
  LSEDIT is a fraction of what's available in other IDEs, though.    
Maybe the eCube offering might interest you, though it's been a while 
since I've looked at what that supports.
